Tristan helps clients with their wine investments (both curating and selling collections) as well as helping purchase unique wines for consumption.

Tristan is a graduate of the prestigious Lycée Hôtelier sommelier school in Brittany and has worked for multiple acclaimed fine dining outlets, including the three Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse restaurant at the Dorchester Hotel in London, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Shanghai, and the St. Regis Hong Kong as Chief Sommelier.

In 2021, Tristan founded Winetastic, a wine agency representing over 30 different winemakers from Champagne, Burgundy, Loire Valley and Rhone Valley for their distribution in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants.
